The expression he makes when his ears go down is questionable because it could either be taken as cute or mad. The highlighting is done very well, but this could use a bit more shading. Adding some darker colors to the legs and chest would greatly improve the sense of depth and remove the flat feeling that is present there. Overall, the character is easily recognizable, the colors go perfectly and the animation is very fluent. It's very obvious that you put allot of thought and work into this.

It could use a bit of improvement, but as it is now it is a very nicely done and I'm sure many would love to have it as their avatar <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>

I only can give you a 3 in this area because both the character and the position he is in are frequently used. Despite this, you did a very good job representing him in your own way. Yes, the anatomy may be slightly off, but that adds to this avatar's character and distinguishes it from he rest.

The character is well defined, colored and easily recognizable at a glance. The lighting is correctly placed on every part it's on and the highlights are subtle, but really effective. Some more shading would benefit this greatly and is whats keeping me from giving this a 5.

This avatar is very cute, but doesn't really have that "wow" power yet. It will stand out in a crowd of avatars and definitely grab peoples attention as it is, but its a bit subtle and plain. It definitely has the power to blow people away, it just hasn't been tapped yet.
